It had been more than 12 years since this home in South Park San Diego got a fresh coat of paint. As a result, most of the exterior was damaged and in need of significant repair.
The Berkley Construction team was contacted to assess the property needs and help with the full exterior renovation. The project included replacing all the damaged siding, and installing a new front door. The team also glazed the window pains on the south side to protect against future sun damage. Finally, two fresh coats of paint were added to give the whole property a more polished, and updated look.
