Berkley Construction Inc. offers full site excavation, grading, and foundation excavation services. Our bobcat and excavator operators have extensive experience in grading and all types of concrete work. This means one set of operators can level the site, and dig the foundation accurately so forms can follow. We will also lay gravel, road base, soil, or whatever the plans call for. Your masons will simply form up, set rebar, and pour. You give us a set of plans and we take care of the rest.

We do any size job, large and small. Our rates are reasonable at $85 per hour with 4 hour minimum. For jobs spanning more than 2 days or 16 hours, the rate is $80 per hour, for jobs spanning a week or more, the rate is $75 per hour. Berkley Construction will also bid contract work. No roll on charges for local delivery.

Rates: Includes drop off within 10 miles of downtown San Diego , operator, and gas

*haul off not included but available at $120 per cu. Yard, for dirt, clean concrete

-$85 per hour 4-16 hours, Bobcat or Excavator ($170 for both, $160 for long term use)

-$80 per hour 17-40 hours

-$75 per hour 40+ hours

*$300 min deposit due upon machinery drop off
