Welcome
to some of the last beachfront property still untouched
by modern day technologies and the tourism market.
It's
a place about 560 miles from the San Diego border and literally
a place "Where the Streets Have No Name".
It's a place known by a select few who dare to brave the
unpaved roads in search of the perfect wave or most abundant
fishing imaginable.
Abreojos, which translates to "Open Your Eyes", is a small town in Baja California, Mexico centered around a fishing corporative. Currently a handful of US investors have purchased beachfront property and a few are starting to build on it.
In the 1990's Keith Berkley and his good friend Eric Fern visited the point they had been reading about. A few years later, they decided to purchase their own piece of beachfront real estate. Keith Berkley, who is now a licensed general contractor and specializes in both green living, remote area development and doing business in Latin America, is opening this investment opportunity up to people who share his same vision.
Please browse this site to learn more about the vision, land and people of Punta Abreojos. If you would like to learn more about how you can become a part of the dream, or even to start your own land development project in Latin America, contact Keith Berkley in his San Diego, California (US) office at (619) 981 4582 or email us.
